If you buy the one-time Personal license and it is not for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. No forms, no debate.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel Pro at any time from the customer portal (linked in your purchase email). Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not billed again. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
EU right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on purchases. Because Lazytype offers a full free trial up front, you can evaluate the product before paying. If you still want to withdraw within 14 days of a purchase, contact us and we will arrange it.
How to request a refund
Email support@lazytype.com from the address you used at checkout. Refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within a few business days.

Lazytype is provided by Basinc BV, a private limited company registered in the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) and VAT details are available on request.
